New Online Reservation System

We are moving from a paper court reservation to an online reservation system. This will allow you the ability to make court reservations on the web or by a toll free number. Our facility rules allow you to make a reservation 10 days in advance for a maximum of 2 hours. Captains should contact our court scheduler so we can reserve you 2 courts for practice nights and matches. If multiple courts are available for match days, captains are free to reserve an additional court for use. Please try to leave two courts for non-matches open.

Reserve My Court

Before you can start making reservations, you will need to set up an account with Reserve My Court. There is no cost to you to set up an account. From their website, you will find a link to set up an account. You will look up your home facility (Chestnut Hill - Acworth, GA). Since we only allow homeowners to make court reservations, you will need our access code (1234) to join. You will need to enter information about yourself such as a username, password, 4 digits of SS# and a 4 digit pin. The username and password will be necessary to make reservations online, while your 4 digit SS# and pin are required before you can call the toll free number to make a court reservation. The phone reservation system does not require a keypad, everything can be accomplished through voice commands. Court reservation confirmations will be sent to your email address or telephone. We have set up a monitor at the clubhouse that displays today’s court reservations so you can see what courts are in use.
